Almost anything can trigger some worry that dire consequences may follow some action. Then too there are the people how become overly worried about what will happen if they toss anything away. So they will have their lives clutter with things that others would have discarded.

There are many effective ways used to help treat this problem. Normally it involves things such as therapy and medication. They will be something determined by a doctor once he or she has a chance to spend time with a patient. Part of therapy is to help the patient learn healthy ways of responding to problems.
